Most sellers read the 17-day deadline and miss the sentence that matters more. This kit exists so your appeal is not the one that burns an attempt.
Nearly every guide tells you to appeal quickly. That advice is incomplete, and for some sellers it is the reason they lost the account. What you actually need is to spend the first two days understanding the accusation and gathering documents — then submit once, properly.
This kit is five tools that get you to that single good submission.
One payment. Instant access. 30-day refund, no questions asked.
There are two kinds of product sold to suspended sellers, and both have a problem.
| What it costs | The problem | |
|---|---|---|
| Done-for-you services | $2,000–$10,000 | Out of reach when Amazon is holding your money — which is exactly when you need it. |
| Template packs | $20–$100 | Sell you "40 ready-made appeal letters". Every practitioner source agrees templated appeals are detectable and get rejected. You spend an attempt to find out. |
| This kit | $149 | Prepares you to write one specific appeal, and checks your words before you send. |
Every competitor asserts. This kit separates what Amazon actually says from what consultants claim, and labels the difference. Things it tells you are unverified, because they are:
It is not for you if your notice alleges fraud or counterfeiting and the allegation is true. In that case your effort is better spent recovering funds and getting legal advice, and the kit says so on its first page rather than taking your money.
Written to the same standard as the kit. No email required, nothing gated.
I am not an ex-Amazon investigator and I do not run an appeal service. I build software. I made this because the help available to a deactivated seller is either a $2,000 consultant or a template pack that gets rejected for being a template.
What I did instead was read Amazon's own policy wording, the Seller Central forums, the practitioner literature and the US Senate's INFORM Act data — and then label which is which. Where sources disagree, the kit says so. Where I could not verify something, it is listed as unverified, including claims that other services state as fact.
That is the whole pitch. I am not promising you a reinstatement. I am promising you will not be told anything I could not source.
There are none yet. Nobody has bought this and written back. I would rather show you an empty section than fill it the way pages like this usually get filled.
So that the first one is worth something when it arrives, here is what I am committing to before there is anything to publish.
And what will not appear here:
Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No, and nobody can. Amazon decides. Any service guaranteeing reinstatement is telling you something it cannot control — and that guarantee is itself the clearest sign of a scam. This kit prepares your appeal; it does not decide the outcome.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a preparation tool. The kit tells you specifically when to stop and hire a lawyer — large frozen sums, counterfeiting or safety allegations, a Section 3 notice, or a second rejection. Only a lawyer gives you legal privilege; what you tell a consultant can be used as evidence later.
Are you affiliated with Amazon?
No. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon in any way.
Does it write the appeal for me?
Deliberately not. A generated appeal is a templated appeal, and templated appeals are the single most reported rejection cause. The Builder gives you the evidence checklist for your specific reason, the structure Amazon expects, and a check on your own wording.
What is my data doing?
Nothing leaves your device. Every tool is a single self-contained page that runs entirely in your browser — no accounts, no tracking, no server. You can disconnect from the internet and they still work. Given who targets suspended sellers, that matters.
What format is it?
Five web pages that work offline in any browser, on phone or desktop. Each prints cleanly to PDF if you want paper.
What if it does not help?
Email within 30 days for a full refund. You keep the files — chasing a refund is not something you need while dealing with a suspension.
This kit will not save every account. Some deactivations are not appealable — Amazon states it will not do business again where it finds deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity. Some cases genuinely need a lawyer.
What it is built to do: put the known mistakes in front of you before you make them. Opening a second account. Editing an invoice. Sending a flat denial when Amazon already holds the evidence. Burning both attempts in week one. Each of those turns a recoverable suspension into a permanent one, and each is common, avoidable and irreversible.
Draft review — $297. You write the appeal using the kit; I read it and tell you what I would change, section by section, against the same rules the builder checks. You get written notes back — specific, on your own facts.
What it is not. Not a rewrite, not representation, and not legal advice. I do not write your appeal and I do not contact Amazon for you. An appeal someone else wrote reads like an appeal someone else wrote, which is the thing that gets them rejected. I am not an ex-Amazon investigator, and nothing here makes reinstatement more likely than your own evidence does.
When I will say no. If large sums are frozen, if you are accused of counterfeiting or a safety breach, if your notice cites Section 3, or if you have already been rejected more than once, I will tell you to spend the money on a lawyer who handles Amazon cases instead. Only a lawyer gives you legal privilege — what you tell a consultant can be used as evidence later. If that is your situation, buy the kit, or nothing, and keep the $297.
Available to kit buyers — reply to your receipt and I will send the details. Notes back within two working days.
